In parallel, our logistics division operates a fleet of dump trucks and semi-trailers, playing a vital role in the transport of raw materials for major clients like Tororo Cement Factory.
We are also a proud logistics partner for ZPEB Uganda Ltd, supporting the Tilenga Oil and Gas Project since 2021. Our ability to serve both large corporations and smaller clients makes us a trusted name in Uganda’s fast-growing construction and logistics sectors.

Our Journey
At Mega Pak Uganda Limited, our journey began with a mission to build high-quality, sustainable infrastructure across Uganda. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted name in both construction and logistics, delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects that meet the highest standards.
Recognizing the importance of reliable transport, we expanded our services to include a robust logistics division, becoming a key partner to Tororo Cement Factory by transporting raw materials like limestone, porcelain, and clinker. In 2021, we took another leap by joining the Tilenga Oil and Gas Project, supporting logistics for ZPEB Uganda Ltd.
Today, we proudly serve both large corporations and smaller businesses, driving development, connection, and economic progress throughout the country.
